Your coaching experience begins with a Free, 30-Minute Introductory Session. During this time, we will begin to uncover the places in your life where you most want to create transformative change. We will also review your coaching options and decide how to best move forward on the path to your dream lifestyle.
Sessions 1 & 2 - Your Life Vision
We will kick off our formal coaching relationship with a very powerful exercise. Using structured interviewing techniques, we will create a clear and compelling vision of your vibrant new life. We will discover what "best" means for you and we will begin to map a journey that empowers you to move forward.
Sessions 3 and Beyond
Our ongoing sessions will, quite simply, be focused on you and the fulfillment of your dreams. Within the context of structured and supportive phone conversations, we will identify the specific, achievable goals that will bring about the change you seek.
We will design actionable steps that will create an immediate sense of progress along your path to personal growth and well-being. Using specific tools and techniques, I will guide you as you break through your perceived shortcomings and limiting beliefs to connect with your personal power and creativity.
